With the advances in mobile technology of recent years as well as the ability to enhance media in post-production, we were able to create a series of quality videos that included a global cast at the fraction of the cost of sending film crews to location. We used Zoom to ask the questions. At the same time, interviewees recorded the footage themselves using their phones, as recording quality is better on most smart phones than it is on zoom.
We have had a great response from sharing the films. We’re so pleased with how warm and welcoming they are. Thanks so much for all your help editing down the footage. We were a victim of our own success. I definitely didn’t expect so many groups to participate!

Communicating with clarity and sensibility through online channels is now a defining feature of effective educational institutions. Animation is an increasingly popular route, as it allows diverse characters and multiple locations to be realised without the need of film crews and location scouts. Identities can be concealed when sensitivity is required. And it is at home with younger audiences.
